Super Neighborhood 68 (Greater OST/South Union) presents Tax and Voter Seminar II, facilitated by the Harris County Elections' Voter Education Department and the Harris County Tax Office. Free, Light breakfast included

Topics: Should I protest my taxes, importance of protesting taxes each year, is it possible to pay extra on principal only? Who do I contact regarding my taxes. Voting: may I bring someone to assist when voting, how do I research candidates? How do I use the voting machines if I can't hear or have vision challenges? How do I use the League of Women website to research amendments and propositions? May I bring a list with me of my voting choices...and much more, bring voter and tax questions. This seminar does not cover appraisal questions.
